We recently produced a cultural training and awareness video for the East Gippsland Shire Council. The 15-minute film, ‘Our Commitment to Reconciliation’, will be shown at staff inductions and other events. The video above is an excerpt from the introduction of the full video and show’s Aunty Doctor Doris Paton performing a smoking ceremony on country in East Gippsland.
This video has received a Highly Commended award in the Local Government category at the 2018 HART Awards, The HART Awards recognise local governments and community organisations that are advancing reconciliation in Victoria.
